The Family Leadership Initiative (FLI) is a biblically based family ministry model that trains, supports, and provides urban Churches in the Grand Rapids Community with resources for developing healthy families. We provide quality family time, programming for adults and children, parenting support, and faith formation to equip parents with tools for leading their family. This program invests in the healthy growth of children and families.

Church & Community Working Together
FLI represent a family that is brought together at the intersession of passion and purpose. Creating strong relationship and family friendship that leads to a harvest for the Kingdom, while building trust, as we walk along side each other. We strive for connection and unity while we remain still, knowing that our God will supplies all of our needs and equip us to do what we are called to do, in spite any circumstance.
From you, we learn selflessness and what it looks like to pursue a calling with clarity and purpose. We learn to stand in the gap and fight for the well being of others. Together, we learn to collectively commit to promote faith rather than foster fear. We will not stop being the hands and feet of Christ. We stand together in love and in prayer. We stand in the fight with you, knowing that God is with us through it all, from glory to glory.
